Just a quick post . . . Sue and I returned to Fort Lauderdale on Sunday and drove across the state to Clearwater to visit with my cousin, John and his wife Bobby. They’re putting up with us for a few days. John is a bass player, also and has an awesome collection of basses that includes two up
rights. We’re going to jam and talk bass tonight. John gave us a tour of the Clearwater area, yesterday . . . Beautiful! The temp was a little cold (in the 50’s) but very sunny. Today will be 10 degrees warmer and tomorrow, even warmer. Tomorrow, we will visit my Uncle Paul and wife, Debbie in Sarasota. Guaranteed more good times!
I have to say that the Legendary Rhythm and Blues Cruise is the most fun you can have with your clothes on. I will be posting pics and stories about our awesome trip once we get back home to Michigan. Our flight will arrive at Detroit Metro on Thursday, in the morning.
